Why did Lisa start practicing hypnosis?
Lisa began practicing self hypnosis after being diagnosed with breast cancer in 1985. She attributes her survival to the healing tools she developed during her illnesses. Realizing the connection between body and mind, Lisa credits the power of hypnosis in her fight back to health. Having beaten the odds, Lisa enjoys sharing the benefits of her experience with others by teaching them visualization and self hypnosis.
What is her professional philosophy?
“While most people are usually consciously aware of the things that are missing in their lives, they are often unconscious of the limiting beliefs that keep them from achieving their goals. While traditional therapy can take years to achieve results, hypnotherapy will allow you to change your self sabotaging beliefs quickly, effortlessly and will create lasting change.”
“I believe that everyone is always doing the very best they can with the information available to them at the moment. Hypnosis is a tool to provide people with new information that will allow them to become proactive instead of reactive in creating their own lives.”
“Hypnosis is a wonderful way for people to find and unlock their potential. I really enjoy what I do because I get to help people change their lives and realize their dreams.”
“My clients really benefit from my ability to help them focus on and achieve their goals.”
